Healthcare professionals, nurses and doctors often face the challenge that patients suffering from cancer experience decreased sexual health. The communication about sexual health is suboptimal. The objective of this study was to explore healthcare professionals’ attitudes, perceptions, and communication about sexual health issues among patients who have cancer.

A 1-month-old neonate with known atrial septal defect (ASD) and congestive heart failure (CCF) was referred to our centre for further evaluation through Computed Tomographic Angiography (CTA).

High-pressure injection injuries, though deceptively benign on initial appearance, can result in significant morbidity due to deep tissue involvement and rapid progression to compartment syndrome. We report a case of 64-year-old male quarry worker who sustained a high-pressure injection injury from a power washer to his middle finger of his right dominant hand.

Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a chronic, multi-systemic autoimmune disease that can affect various parts of the body, including the eyes. Ocular findings are reported in about one-third of SLE patients and can be the initial manifestations of the disease, often complicated by going unnoticed.

Hepatic abscesses are rare in pediatrics and remain a poorly documented complication in patients with sickle cell disease. A 15-year-old boy with sickle cell disease presented with acute right upper quadrant pain and was diagnosed with multiple liver abscesses.

The ability to detect foreign bodies in the musculoskeletal system using conventional radiography relies on the variable absorption of X-rays by materials of different density and atomic number. Various types of metallic foreign body have been reported, including bullets, needles, metal splinters, screws, migrated surgical material.

A middle-aged diabetic female presented with acute headache, left eye ptosis, pain and ophthalmoplegia. The best corrected visual acuity in right eye was 20/20 and left eye was 20/200. Anterior segment evaluation was unremarkable. Extra- ocular movements in the left eye were restricted in all the gazes except levoduction.

We read with great interest the recent study by Al-Bakir et al., which explored the use of low-coverage whole-genome sequencing (lcWGS) to predict progression to advanced neoplasia in patients with Ulcerative Colitis (UC) and Low-Grade Dysplasia (LGD).
